Our Charlotte based client is looking for a Business Analyst with strong Microstrategy experience to support a large enterprise wide initiative. The ideal candidate wil have excellent knowledge of MicroStrategy report creation Process Analysis, design and modeling techniques. Very strong Excel, Powerpoint Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well in a team, building the team dynamic, fostering excellence. Capable of handling multiple efforts with required input from clients/technology groups. Thorough knowledge on the report development life cycle. Looking for: - MicroStrategy development experience - Database design experience - Experience in Financial Institution in the above mentioned role - Experience with other Business Intelligence tools Additional Job RESPONSIBILITIES include: - Thoroughly understand the business needs by working with Subject Matter Experts/Tech groups - Translate business needs into technical requirements by working with various subject matter experts - Conduct JAD, business/technical requirement, brainstorming sessions to come up with creative/innovative report design - Create mock-up/sample reports to get business partners buy-in before commencing development - Act as an interface with the technical and Subject matter experts to create technical design - Conduct system integration testing and assist users throughout the user acceptance testing process Join TEKsystems() and get your career on the fast track.
