Job Description Regional Market Segment Manager - Environment AECOM is currently seeking a Regional Market Segment Manager with diverse environmental experience to provide strategic oversight and lead the development and execution of projects and programs within the Mid-Atlantic Region. As a strategic leader for both the region and the environmental market segment, the successful candidate will have a dual reporting role to both the North American Director of Environment and the Business Line Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region. Duties Include: Drive growth and regional business development activities in the Environment market Manage pursuits of large projects and serve as Capture Manager on select pursuits Provide Quality Assurance on selected/strategic projects Effectively manage technical specialists in the region Effectively communicate with the public and with clients technical staff, management and governing boards Effectively work with the North American Market Segment leadership team to ensure resources throughout the market segment are being utilized on projects and pursuits Monitor overall performance of environmental projects Direct technical analysis and designs within candidates areas of specialization Direct the development of scopes and fees Identify and recruit key talent Experience and Capabilities:
