Mid-Level Accountant recruitment

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Two to four years’ experience in a public accounting firm. 

• A very solid understanding of the business accounting cycle and the ability to apply this knowledge to better comprehend what it is we do.

• The ability multi-task and change gears under pressure are extremely important. 

• A willingness to see no task as too large or too small.

• Confidence, but not arrogance and the ability to work independently are personal traits necessary to succeed as part of our team. 

Job functions will vary greatly. One day could be spent preparing year end work papers. The next day could be fulfilled training one of our division’s on the proper way to code invoices. The keys to succeed in such an environment are to have open mind, a positive attitude and a willingness to take on any challenge.
