Mid-Level Analyst – Corporate Finance recruitment
Our client is one of the leading international investment banks outside of the bulge bracket firms, offering one of the highest levels of advisory services in investment banking. They have offices around the world, including in London, New York and Hong Kong. As part of their continued success and growth, they are hiring a further four analysts to assist on execution in the London office. While there will be an element of assisting on coverage, the majority of the workload will intially be focused on the execution of cross border, large-cap MA transactions. The culture emphatically promotes client interaction, even amongst junior staff, as it is seen as fundamental to their future development. Lean deal teams promote fast learning and excellent exposure to the commercial aspects, not just the technical side of banking.
Requirements:
- Analyst 2 or 3 with large-cap deal experience
- Demonstrable desire to work with clients and take responsibility
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a small, extremely motivated and high quality team
- Comfortable working in a cross border deal environment
