Description of Duties:
We are seeking to add one or more full-time software developers to our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in all phases of the development life cycle from inception of a project through completion and delivery to the customer, including:
- Participation in requirements analysis
- Validation of technical requirements
- Development and documentation of technical solution architecture
- Documentation of developed software
- Management of development and production environments
- Development of designed software systems
- Implementation and testing
- Ongoing support
Required General Skills and Experience:
- Ability to rapidly learn and configure software applications
- Ability to understand data structures and relationships
- Understand a client’s business processes and translate them into the technology
- Perform gap analysis between current/COTS software functionality and client requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- 3+ years of experience developing business software solutions

- SQL Server / Transact SQL Through SQL Server 2008 R2
