My client is a world class systematic trading Hedge Fund with a mixed arbitrage approach to take the alpha profits from a volatile market. They place as much value on innovation and creativity as they do on hard core OO coding. They are looking to hire the best and brightest talents on the horizon to help them build up on their already imposingly dominant market place.

They also work in a highly Agile environment and used the latest techniques (Paired Programming, TDD, BDD etc).
You’ll get the opportunity to work in a highly charged Front Office environment and liaise daily with the Strategists, Quantitative Analysts and Trading heads. They work in a small, flat structure that will allow you to develop your financial knowledge exponentially when compared to any other Banking role.
