Middle Office – Change Manager recruitment
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Owns delivery of all major tactical and strategic change within the multi-asset class middle office function
- Develop and maintain very strong knowledge of the MO processes and systems
- Excellent problem solving skills analytical skills and the ability to present ideas/solutions clearly and concisely.
- Able to re-engineer processes by leveraging existing global / regional systems and models
- Influence Regional MO teams, Management as well as Trading/sales/COO at expert level
- Covers Rates, Credit and light Structured Derivatives as well as cash for the APAC FICC business
- Manage adhoc global and regional deliveries (Reporting, RCA, booking model design etc)
- Work closely with the desk to ensure our levels of control are continuously being questioned and improved.
- The projects to be undertaken will include those to resolve day to day production issues; those to enhance existing systems / processes; and those new business
- Extract, formulate and document detail business requirements from the stakeholders
Our ideal candidates should have the following requisites:
- Solid interpersonal and client-relationship skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- At least 4 years IB Middle Office experience, preferably from top tier banks, strong product knowledge
- Solid understanding of Risk/control environments with proven track record
- Must be passionate about change and driving project delivery
- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and understand how to prioritise
- Good understanding of Middle Office processes including PL (T0, T+1), Risk and trade support lifecycle management experience
- Must be able to communicate with stakeholders at various level and cross divisions office and finance and have the ablity to build networks globally and regionally
