Middle Office Executive – Multi-Strategy recruitment
Multi-strategy investment manager with a large allocation to hedge and alternatives is looking for a middle office specialist to support their existing and prospective fund range.
Being a boutique the role is multi-faceted and will be based around NAV, PL, performance analysis and risk monitoring. In addition, you will assist the manager with reviewing processes and work towards automation and streamlining of processes and procedures.
With this in mind you will require some experience with VBA as you will be building macros between the trade management system and Excel.
You will have previous middle office operational experience in a hedge fund or investment manager. You will also be able to demonstrate writing basic VBA scripts and have exposure to SQL. Ideally, you will have a numerate academic background demonstrated by a university degree. Exposure to performance and risk data would also be highly desirable.
