You will lead global functional teams and/or client facing service delivery teams that provide investment operations activities. You will directly manage a small team of up to 6 direct reports that are responsible for some or all of the following: Accounting, Custodian Reconciliations, Portfolio Valuations, Cash Management Support, Fee Billing, Financial Statement Production, Client Reporting and Securities Processing.
As Middle Office Outsourcing Unit Manager, you will provide operations leadership, effective personnel management, goal planning, performance measurement, ops risk management, client management escalation, client/technology implementation, enablement of new product offerings, audit coordination and vendor management. You will also be a partner to Sales and Marketing and Relationship Management teams.
You should have a proven track record of Investment Management operational leadership; ideally have an understanding of outsourcing and securities operations; strong communication skills and progressive business management experience.
