Middle Office PMO recruitment
Job Description:
Our client is looking for a stron Program Manager to head up a project to improve their middle office trade processing system. The candidate will need to analyze and document current escalatipon points, bring teams together to fix the current process, and add controls, analyze breaks and establish future state.
Responsibilities:
- Status reporting to multiple groups. Daily, weekly, montly. Ad-hoc
- Maintaining project plans Gant charts
- Working closley with approx 12 functional leads and monitoring progress
- Produce KPI's
- Identify and report on scope creep and impact
- Communicate effectively at all levels including the most senior management level
Skills Required:
- PMO and PM expeirenece
- Large-scale project exprience
- good organization skills
- Good writing skills
- Ability to pull people together
- Ability to identfy route problems, project creep, resource dependancy issues
- Work at a senior level
