Middle-office Private Equity Specialist recruitment
S/he will take responsibility for all operational aspects of a private equity investments portfolio:
• Understanding and interpreting cashflow statements and valuation statement
• Input of transactions in the central system
• Monitoring of open commitments
• Instruct cash payment to meet capital calls
• Control cash transactions
• Control, validation and input of investment valuation
• Reconcile positions, cashflows and valuation with Front-Office and General Partners
• Proactively chase statements and challenge information received from General Partners
• Maintain static data
• Perform computation of IRRs and multiples
• Production of clients reporting
• Production of investment reporting and ad-hoc management reporting
• Support and communicate regularly with private equity investment professional and accounting professional
• Liaise with Legal and Documentation team
• Liaise with CFO and Compliance Officer
• Propose improvement of process and system
Profile
- Broad knowledge of the private equity industry
- Expertise in private equity operations
- Good oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Experience in implementing processes and systems is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in this position
- Valid swiss work permit
