Broadridge Group Manager for Global Strategy Initiatives: The Broadridge initiative is the migration of US Domestic back office processing platforms to Broadridge. This role will have overall program responsibilities for the Middle Office, Reconciliation and Exceptions Management areas. This role is critical to influencing/driving change, guiding managers through these changes, ensuring overall quality of input from SMEs and challenging SMEs when appropriate to arrive at the right future state.

• Member of the GSI Broadridge Leadership Team assigned to the overall migration from legacy platforms to a consolidated operations processing environment provided by Broadridge
• Ensure appropriate platforms currently supporting these businesses are retired and that cost savings as defined in the Broadridge Business Case are realized
• Work closely with Operations areas as well as other functional areas, specifically Middle Office, Reconciliations, and Exception Management to ensure timely implementation of all components of the migration
• Overall Broadridge program responsibilities; specific focus on Middle Office, Reconciliations and Exception Management

Responsible for approximately 3 people directly and 10 people indirectly to ensure the following are performed timely and appropriately:
• Current state analysis of Citi processes and infrastructure and of Broadridge functionality
• Gap identification and determination of possible remediation plans
• Prioritizing gaps and finding the right balance of Citi process changes and Broadridge customizations to arrive at the desired future state
• Future state analysis to outline and document the new work flow and processes that will conform to the target operating model
• Determination of business requirements that will be used to create the Business Requirement Document. Both high-level requirements and detailed logic will be needed
• Support and subject matter expertise for the Functional and Technical Requirements Documents
• Documentation of desk level procedures
• Test scrip preparation
• Preparing Operations for implementation through training
• Work to ensure that current issues in operations processing are fully addressed with each migration to Broadridge
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on all areas of the Broadridge platform to the component work streams

• Coach and mentor the junior team members, providing regular feedback linked to agreed goals and objectives.
