Middle Office Specialist – Asset Management recruitment
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team to manage Day-to-day Corporate Action, Investment Data Maintenance and Pricing functions in Asian markets
- Ensure accurate and timely data is set up and maintained for all securities
- Communicate and record corporate action information as well as valuation-related information for all portfolios
- Actively involved in various Process Improvement and Risk Management project: assesses the benefits and risks associated with the proposed project
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to pursue the project objective while maintaining the global standard
- Represent Hong Kong office to participate in various projects and UAT to enhance work quality and efficiency
- Supervise, develop and provide guidance to staff
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in middle office function
- Strong operations experience in corporate actions and/or data management
- Good understanding of securities services and market rules and regulations
- Ability to make sound decisions under tight deadline
- Proactive in identifying process improvement needs and strong problem solving skills
- Strong leadership and proven people management skill
