Middleware Support Engineer recruitment
You will be part of a 3rd level support team, working on a follow the sun hours in a 24/7 support model.
Your responsibilities include:
- support middleware infrastructure of the bank.
- Involve in implementation and project work
- Ensure all local middleware infrastructure is compliant with latest patched software and hardware.
- Willingness to work at weekends on occasion and on shifts to support other regions.
- Capacity planning for upgrades and new system specifications
- Production rollout of configuration changes
You should have:
- Degree Educated with a Computer Science Background
- At least 5 – 10 years of working experience and
- Development experience in C, C++, Java and .NET
- Ability to interface with the development community.
- Good customer focus and client facing skills.
- Knowledge of one the following technology preferred :
- TIBCO Messaging Products – Rendezvous / Enterprise Message Service
- TIBCO Application Integration Products – BusinessWorks / iProcess / BusinessEvents
- IBM WebSphere MQ
- Must have Strong communication skills to interact with global users.
