Middleware Technology Manager – MQ – Financial Services recruitment
A leading Financial Services organization are looking to hire a talented Middleware Specialist to Head APAC with responsibility for operations, projects and strategy. You will manage a small but skilled team and provide technical leadership and direction, whilst also delivering and managing up to senior stakeholders.
Your objectives will include regional environment standardization, operational improvement, process enhancement, automation, project delivery and improved client management.
Experience:
Excellent knowledge of Middleware Tier 1 Tier 2 technologies, predominately with knowledge of IBM MQ.
Experience in operations environments, project delivery and technical leadership
Team management is a plus, but the real desire is for someone that can motivate and drive the middleware technology domain
Ability to manage up and relay technical / middleware activities into the business domain.
Global interaction experience desirable
