-- Midstream Accountant Description Responsibilities: - Perform all aspects of accounts receivable function including cash application, journal entries, collection efforts and account reconciliation. - Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. - Analyze business trends, costs and revenues, to provide advice. - Comprehend chart of accounts and code entries to proper accounts. - Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. - Operate manually, electrically, and /or electronically controlled standard office equipment. - Provide information to other employees and/or the public. - Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
