JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the planning and managing the successful delivery of live and on-demand virtual events.  These events include career fairs, both virtual and live, conferences for members of the military community and press. Manages all facets of multiple, simultaneous event projects, including the coordination of setting up webcasts, exhibitor booths, virtual and physical event locations, as well as interacting with host facilities, vendors, featured speakers, panelists.  Assists with client marketing efforts by reviewing marketing plans and promotional materials and providing guidance. Analyzes post event data and prepares detailed reports for leadership. Provides appropriate Pre and post show details to vendors. This is a role which requires a highly detail oriented individual, who is comfortable interfacing with clients and contractors, and working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Military spouse preferred. This position will be based out of the Metro DC area.
