Military Sector Quality Assurance Director - East Aurora, NY
We’re hunting for an engaging leader to direct the quality assurance activities of our Military Aircraft Sector.
The Challenge
The greatest challenge of this opportunity is to interpret, implement, and ensure conformance to customer quality requirements within Moog's systems and procedures and, when necessary, defend these interpretations with Moog customers and government representatives.
- Develop, maintain, and administer a cost-effective Quality Assurance organization possessing a high degree of integrity
- Anticipate possible quality problems and prevent their occurrence
Global Responsibility
Responsibility for Quality Engineering and Quality Control teams in the US and UK.

What You Bring to the Table
We expect the selected person to have at minimum a BS Degree in Engineering, a minimum of 10 years experience in Quality Engineering, and at least 5 years in a significant managerial role. Additionally, the selected candidate should have outstanding human relations skills to facilitate the implementation and/or resolution of conflicting requirements both internally and externally.
