This explorer has multiple high grade projects with one going in production. The mine life is 6 years with an aim of producing close to 90,000 ounces of Gold per annum to begin with.
Be the first on site to set up the grade control and production systems. Aim to increase production by 10% by the end of next March, the bonuses will reflect your achievement in this.
Won’t be stuck doing it all by yourself, the Geology Manager will offer training and support when needed. This will train you to a Senior level within 20 months and you will recruit 2 junior geologists to oversee.
Between the share price, investors and the gold price they are cashed up so the bonuses can be up to 15%. They also offer to pay for further study such as Masters. FIFO role with occasional Perth office time and brand new camp.
Bring minimum 3 years experience in OP Mine Geology with a focus on Gold. Must have a Bachelor of Science and experience in Achaean Greenstone Deposits.
