Mining Equity Research Associate recruitment
AMFR are proud to working with a leading North American house that are looking for an associate to join their already extremely strong Metals and Mining team.
The requirement has arisen due to incredibly strong deal flow and a want to expand the team. The sweet spot of the house is working on deals between $50m - $2bn market cap. The role will involve supporting the lead analyst and will have a slight sway towards gold and copper.
The ideal candidate will be from:
- Currently a Mining Associate
- Industry (engineer or geologist)
- ACA (having worked in the Mining space)
As well as the above:
- Commercial aware
- Interest in the financial markets
- Numerate
- Geology experience
- Modelling experience is essential
- CFA levels are preferable
