MIS Change Management – Finance Systems Investment Banking recruitment
****Top Tier Investment Bank looking for an individual to support the Finance Systems function in the re-engineering initiatives / projects with a focus on the Expense Analytics project which aims to provide aggregated Cost MI across businesses and automate integrated cost and headcount reporting across different functions of the bank*****
Initially this is a contract position for 1 year but may go permanant if the individual performs well and there will be many more position moving forward within the team.
Responsibilities
- To ensure user requirements are documented clearly in the form of Business requirement documents.
- To ensure proper translation of business requirement document in to Functional specification document.
- To obtain and record approvals received from users on the business requirements.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to technology team members and work closely on implementations.
- Provide test cases and actively participate in User acceptance test and ensure closure of open findings in a timely manner.
- To highlight potential risks that arises impacting the scope, time and cost of the project on a real time basis to Project managers and stake holders as appropriate
- Liaise and maintain cordial working relationship with project peer group on an ongoing basis.
Experiences
- 5+ years on a simialr project with 8+ years in industry
- Finance background and experience in Management Reporting would be preferable.
- MIS System experience
