MIS & Project Executive, Asia Ex-Japan Asset Management Operation recruitment

The Role
- Act as a process enhancement expert within the operation team, create automated reports for the team to minimize reporting time and procedures
- Prepare and produce management information system (MIS) reports for Senior Management and control reports for operation departments, reports coverage are daily unit trusts performance, stock liquidity, asset under management, cashflow and turnover, investment exposure etc
- Participate in various IT projects as an operation representative, act as a Business Analyst between IT department and internal users to perform gap analysis, gather user requirements, deliver system documentations and facilitate UAT
- Prepare user guide / manuals on various systems and business processes
- Involve in other related Project Management Office functions, such as conducting research, prepare presentation materials etc
- Support regional collaboration and information aggregation
Skills
- A university graduate with around 5 years experience in Fund Operations Data Analysis, Financial Reporting, Business Analysis, and Project Management.
- Advanced Management Information Systems and programming skills - Extensive experience in developing high performing SQL queries, Microsoft Excel Macro, Access and VBA applications for reporting and process automation.
- An expert user of Business Objects, Microsoft Sharepoint, Excel, Access, Project, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
- A proven team player with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Capable of working independently and under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong data analysis experience and high attention to details.
- Solid experience in leading and supporting sizeable / regional projects. Prefer experience on coordinating and conducting User Acceptance Test and Requirement collation
