You will facilitate the MIS function of the unit, driving the weekly risk, control and quality forums, establishing and maintaining the MIS framework, processes, putting in place risk metrics and indicators. You will assist the MIS Manager in driving and coordinating the MIS function, reporting on Operations and Technology risks, Service Quality and Control metrics undertaken by the department.

This involves coordination and production of the weekly Risk, Control and Quality forum packs ensuring timelines, quality and integrity of the material packs. In addition to timely production of the various packs, you are also expected to analyze the metrics and indicators, value add by challenging to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the submissions. You wil ensure this by identifying and streamlining the MIS processes, executing both tactical and long term solutions to drive improvements, efficiencies and robustness in the MIS space as well as to engage and meet stakeholders' expectations.

Armed with a degree qualification, you will have at least 1-2 years of experience in MIS or management reporting within the banking industry with a general understanding of banking operations. You must be numerate with strong analytical skills to review and analyze MIS data and information to identify and articulate issues on hand.
