Position Description
This Mission/Business Process Analyst position requires experience with just-in-time analysis in an Agile project environment. This individual must be familiar with story card development. They will also be required to serve on the testing team. The Analyst will document business processes and software services to support those processes via storyboards, mockups, system maps, process flows, flow charts, scenarios, and personas.
Experience Requirements:
-- 2 or more years experience documenting business processes for Intelligence Community (IC)/Department of Defense (DoD) organizations;
-- Five (5) years experience in government Information Technology (IT)

Complete knowledge of business process modeling, tools, techniques, and languages (e.g., Unified Modeling Language, METIS, Websphere, and Rational Rose).

Complete knowledge of techniques to help identify a customer's organization, capabilities, practices, support resources, preferences, problems, and other constraints in order to provide effective product support and technical issue resolution.
[ + ] Information Technology Fluency
Complete ability in the use of personal computing hardware and software to enter project information, such as, statements of work, resource identification and usage, task status, cost estimating and tracking, etc. Complete knowledge of processes and tools to maintain, archive, and retrieve digital files. Complete ability in constructing/building and providing reports and presentation material as needed for assigned projects. Complete knowledge of identifying and gaining approval of testing of established applications to meet project requirements.

Complete knowledge of product and process improvement methodologies (e.g. 6-Sigma, Lean).
Basic Qualifications For Consideration
Do you have two (2) or more years experience documenting business processes for Intelligence Community (IC)/Department of Defense (DoD) organizations.?
Do you have a current Top Secret (TS) security clearance or current Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access?
This position requires that you work out of Springfield, Virginia. Do you currently reside in the Springfield, Virginia area (where relocating would not be required) or are you willing to relocate at your own expense?
Do you have experience with just-in-time analysis in an Agile project environment?
Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
