Mixed Audit and Corporate Finance role for experienced auditors in Germany recruitment

The role
- Be a leading member of the team, advising on IFRS audits. Work on group consolidated financial statements
- Get exposure to Corporate Finance projects – IFRS related TAS work including buy side and sell side financial due diligence projects
You will work on a wide variety of projects - buy/sell private equity deals, management buy outs etc

The transaction advisory services division encompasses areas such as due diligence, valuations, post-merger/acquisition planning and deal structuring. They have dedicated specialists throughout their global TS business, and their clients include the world's leading companies and private equity institutions. Their specialist teams are uniquely placed to advise at all stages of a deal from strategic inception through to due diligence to post deal.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in an Audit environment
- Speak fluent English and German
- Enjoy teamwork and want to contribute to the rapid growth of business.
- Want to work in an international environment and get involved in large Private Equity transactions.
