Kelly Services is currently seeking a motivated and confident team player to fulfill a coordinator role within a direct mail marketing group at a large financial firm in downtown Minneapolis . The ideal candidate they are seeking is a great communicator, someone who is disciplined and can really focus on, drive, and own the process of multi-channel campaigns. This department does outsource the creative but you would act as the liaison between the internal managers and the agency so still extremely important to have the eye for it detail and overall message. The role would require strong project management abilities due to the high volume and campaign turnover they have been experiencing lately. Marketing Coordinator Complete Description: Portfolio Campaign Coordinator Responsible for coordinating portfolio programs within direct marketing channels including e-mail. The incumbent will be responsible to ensure accuracy and quality of Portfolio Management Campaigns for RPS Consumer/Business Credit and Debit card products. The incumbent will work with Marketing staff, Product Managers, Strategy Managers, Creative and Direct Mail print vendors to produce flawless execution of Portfolio campaigns. This individual will also be responsible for developing creative briefs, present recommendations to internal clients, review color proofs and copy development, campaign audits, print production and for partnering with internal and external constituents to ensure all marketing programs are delivered on time, on budget and consistent with overall portfolio management strategies. This position requires a high degree of discipline, project management, creative thinking, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and building strong relationship with internal clients. Requirements and Education: Incumbent typically has a bachelor s degree Marketing or Business Degree Preferred 3 - 5 years experience with direct mail and/or marketing of financial products Strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication required Must demonstrate a strong work ethic Nice to have: Printing experience Creative Development understanding Project management Skills
