MMR Sr. Technical Program Manager

Job Description AECOM is seeking a MMR senior technical program manager to perform program and project management related to MMR/UXO projects. Responsibilities also include providing technical leadership to groups of scientists and engineers conducting investigation and cleanup of MMR UXO sites, addressing client needs, developing technical strategies, ensuring appropriate quality assurance /quality control protocols are established and implemented on projects, and quality review of MMR/UXO related documents. This position will also be involved with developing technical approaches and project scoping, scheduling, and field project execution. Additional responsibilities include coordinating development of cost estimates for MMRP task order/ contract proposals and achieving MMR/UXO business development goals. The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience managing Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) projects for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), and other entities that could require investigation and cleanup of military munitions. A minimum of 15 years environmental business and regulations (e.g., CERCLA) related experience. Candidate must possess a B.S., or M.S. degree in Geology (with geophysics courses) or Geophysics, or an applicable area of study.
