Job Description
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for working with internal product partners, understanding of client needs combined with your knowledge of the local business environment, identifying client needs and structuring creative solution for them. As a RM, it is a must to prepare the credit submissions, provide management with up-to-date management information on the portfolio in order to guarantee a steady increase of market share.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Relationship Manager should have at least a financial related bachelor degree with at least 6-8 years banking working experience. You should also possess thorough banking knowledge especially on credit analysis and customer relationship management for multinational corporations. The experience in Commercial and Transaction Banking is also highly expected. As a Relationship Manager, it is also important to be proactive, self-motivated and has good communication skills. Since it is a foreign bank, proficiency in English will also be a must in your daily work while you still need to be fluent in Chinese Mandarin as your clients will be local contacts.
