MOBILE BUILDING ENGINEER Richmond, VA area We seek a service technician to perform a variety of complex services in specialized building systems areas such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC and refrigeration including maintenance, repair and operations supporting a portfolio of buildings for a single client. A minimum of five years experience in the service field and the completion of a two-year technical degree is desired. An in-depth knowledge of various maintenance fundamentals sufficient to deal with service and repairs is required. Must have a Universal CFC certification and able to respond to calls after hours, weekends and holidays if necessary. A pre-employment drug and background screening is required.
