Mobile Manager recruitment
The Mobile Manager will be responsible for the lifecycle of multiple apps across multiple platforms. The lifecycle will begin with requirements capturing and prioritisation moving through to working with external suppliers to bring the team together to deliver the app.
The Mobile Manager is expected to have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and will work closely with the products Scrum Master to deliver the app within budget and on time. It's expected that the Mobile Manager will have delivered apps across multiple platforms before and will understand the nuances associated with each.
As a secondary role the Mobile Manager will help the Head of Mobile in exploring and finalising the functionality roadmap, help analyse competitive product offerings and new market entrants. The Mobile Manager will be expected to use social media and analytics from the apps to help improve them over time.
Experience:
- Expected to have delivered multiple, complex apps across multiple platforms (demonstrable in app stores)
- Expected to have been a Product Owner on multiple projects
- Expected to have used mobile analytics to improve on UX
- Expected to have deep knowledge of theMobilesector
- Expected to have strategy and analysis skills
- Desirable to have knowledge of Mobile Banking / NFC / Contactless payment techniques
- Desirable to have been a Scrum Master
- Desirable to have coded their own apps
- Desirable to have commercial management experience (supplier management)
- Previous experience of stakeholder management
