- Innovate on the customer experience and build products that serve the Ticketmaster customer and business. This requires managing and coordinating a team of developers, designers, technology, as well as marketing and support teams that support products post launch.
- Create product requirements documents and functional specifications, driven by user and business insights, collected from market data, internal stakeholders and at times external clients.
- Establish revenue models and annunciate business cases for new product or feature concepts. Evangelize and present these ideas to both technical and non-technical internal stakeholders.
- Drive with clear analytics: Identify key performance indicators, make data-backed assumptions and set appropriate targets for feature release. Measure and optimize and report on successes.
- Track bugs, define areas for product optimization and prioritize the feature list.
- Act as an internal evangelist for everything you produce.
- Have strong technical and marketing sensibilities.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years overall experience in mobile products with a holistic understanding of the mobile user experience, unique mobile capabilities, mobile user behavior and platform specific features for both applications and mobile sites
- Experience with key product management functions, including writing requirements, creating mocks/wireframes, market research, competitive analysis, product planning and reporting
- Quantative by nature: Must be results driven and metrics focused
- Experienced in identifying customer requirements and developing products to meet those requirements
- Enjoy working with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners/clients
- Excellent writer and good speaker
- Attentive to the consumer and to the team. Cares about the details that matter to the business
- Organized and good at prioritizing tasks with excellent time management skills
- Experience working with web analytics tools such as Omniture, Quantcast are a plus
