The Mobile Product and Strategy organization focuses on initiatives across all the lines of businesses within J.P. Morgan Chase. This is part of a larger and rapidly growing organization centered in San Francisco with professionals in New York, Delaware, and Ohio. The group consists of senior business strategists, developers, interactive designers, product experts, infrastructure and architecture specialists, mobile marketers, usability professionals, editors, project support and operations staff. Working closely with many lines of businesses, including Chase Consumer Banking, Credit Card Services, Private Banking and Home Lending. Our award-winning mobile applications are some of the most widely downloaded in the country and our goal is to continue building upon that success by delivering innovative, fun, simple and unique experiences to our customers. The Mobile Product Manager will work across JPMorgan Chase to help business units to define their mobile strategy, roadmap, and solutions. This individual will have to quickly understand business unique needs and apply his/her mobile expertise to help steer the business to the appropriate solution. He/she will have a strong background in creating "customer-first" solutions that cut across business lines. The individual will work closely with business, design/usability, technology, and 3 rd party vendors and will need to juggle several mobile initiatives in parallel. Primary Responsibilities: Provide direction and apply mobile knowledge to help JPMC business units create their mobile strategy, roadmap, and solutions. Serve as internal mobile SME/consultant to multiple business units. The mobile SME will already have strong command over subjects such as: mobile landscape and trends, mobile platforms, mobile customer experience, and emerging mobile technologies. Collaborate with firm-wide governance board to ensure new mobile projects not only meet the needs of the specific business unit, but also advance the overall JPMorgan Chase brand. Work with multiple products/projects/business units in parallel. He/she must be able to come up to speed quickly in new business areas, balance multiple initiatives, while keeping a high level of performance and customer service. Develop new mobile strategy/offerings with tight integration into online/offline, social, and digital offerings. Facilitate and lead strategy/concept/requirements sessions with the business to formulate the mobile strategy/solution. Create concise, compelling content and business case to present and sell concepts through to senior management. Maintain, evolve, and communicate best practices and lessons learned. Apply learning to improve process and delivery of mobile solutions. Other Responsibilities: Work with Corporate Internet Group (CIG), Central Technology and Operations (CTO), Digital Marketing, and other teams to help drive project delivery. Maintain and build excellent working relationships with lines of business, with CIG/CTO Relationship Managers and with CIG/CTO technical groups as required. Work with vendors; performing new vendor analysis, managing relationship, vendor negotiations, managing initial product integration requirements.
