Mobile Program Manager-Mobile, Ecommerce and Payments

The Mobile Product and Strategy organization focuses on initiatives across all the lines of businesses within J.P. Morgan Chase. This is part of a larger and rapidly growing organization centered in San Francisco with professionals in New York, Delaware, and Ohio. The group consists of senior business strategists, developers, interactive designers, product experts, infrastructure and architecture specialists, mobile marketers, usability professionals, editors, project support and operations staff. Working closely with many lines of businesses, including Chase Consumer Banking, Credit Card Services, Private Banking and Home Lending. Our award-winning mobile applications are some of the most widely downloaded in the country and our goal is to continue building upon that success by delivering innovative, fun, simple and unique experiences to our customers. This is a senior position requiring someone with a track record of managing very large, complex programs from concept through delivery in a corporate environment. Managing leadership and team expectations is a key skill for success in this role and in ensuring that the end product sees successful completion. Must be adept at working across lines of businesses and with a very large, diverse and geographically dispersed group of people. In this role, you will be coordinating design technology activities while identifying the right people to bring to the conversation at the right time. Crucial in this role is the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks to the program. An understanding of banking and the financial industry is preferable. Having worked in the mobile industry and having a grasp of mobile services, mobile design mobile apps ecosystem is important. A customer centric view is paramount while providing simple, fun and innovative enriching mobile experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities Act as the liaison between the design, development organizations and the lines of business. Hands on role initially and over time potential to build a team of project managers. Managing delivery of large and complex mobile initiatives. Maintain accurate program plans and status reports to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of new and complex mobile initiatives. Ensure projects are deployed on time and on budget based on expectations set with internal customers. Track issues and risks; working with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis. Supporting relationships with the user experience, marketing, product, business leads and technical teams to manage interdependencies and delivery Supporting team meetings through the creation of agendas, meeting minutes and action items Keeping project and team sites up to date
