The Mobile Banking, E-Commerce and Payments (MEP) organization is a motivated, cross-functional team comprised of high-talent individuals with a singular focus of delivering innovative banking services to the most important platforms of today and tomorrow. The MEP team has grown from 50 to 150 employees in just over a year and is responsible for setting and executing on the strategies behind Mobile Banking, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Web/Mobile Payments and Innovation. Recently, Chase was named Best in Class Mobile Banking for 2011 by Javelin Strategy Research, which analyzed the mobile offerings of the top 25 largest retail banks as measured by deposits. The research firm found that Chase Mobile® Banking offers more features than any other bank-including person-to-person transfers through Chase QuickPay, account rewards, and mobile remote deposit capture via Chase QuickDeposit. As a Mobile Release Analyst, you are responsible for organizing, directing, managing and controlling activities related to quarterly web releases, corresponding native application releases, our cross-platform forced upgrade strategy, our cross-platform splash strategy and the distribution of native mobile applications through new distribution channels. Detailed Mobile Release Analyst responsibilities: Tracking production versions of all native applications. Planning for and supporting web and native application releases. Planning for and supporting web and native application splash events. Planning for and supporting forced upgrade events. Documenting release management practices and procedures. Archiving release documentation. Act as the single point of contact for all things release related for the Mobile Technology team. Add incremental value to the ongoing release management strategy for the Mobile Technology team.
