As a part of the Technology Services Group, the Manager will be responsible for the full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of IT solutions.  The Manager will work closely with clients and must demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber. The Manager will also apply project management expertise to identify, develop and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues and optimize cost savings for clients, and to ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget by more junior team members.

An Enterprise Strategy Architect must have a solid background in architecture and integration. Strategy is  about the process and what to do to determine what needs to be done.
 
Requirements:
 
o  Must have solid experience leveraging mobile technologies to support the implementation of mobile business strategies at client sites by extending business solutions across mobile environments.
o  Must have solid experience working with clients to identify mobile strategy roadmaps at a tactical and / or enterprise level.
o  Must have a strong understanding and experience across business processes and the ability to optimize them.
o  Must have the depth of knowledge to perform mobile application technology innovation RD.
o  Must have strong experience contributing to establishing and championing the adherence to the mobile enterprise strategies.
o  Must have strong experience ensuring the technology vision addresses and aligns with business, analytics, data, application and technical architecture appropriately.
o  Must have the ability to develop a mobile application strategy for clients providing for future expansion.
o  Must have the ability to actively participate in evaluation and selection of new technologies, where applicable.
o  Must have a strong interest in and understanding of emerging technologies, standards, and best practices for mobile infrastructure.
o  Must be in technical development for at least two of the following:  Mobile Web (HTML5), iOS, Android, Blackberry, Windows Mobile / Phone.
o  Must have strong functional knowledge in many of the following:  Mobile Web (HTML5), iOS, Android, Blackberry, Windows Mobile / Phone
o  Must have knowledge of WS, SAP solutions, SUP, SAP PI, Enterprise Service Repository, Afaria, wireless, satellite or cellular technology.
o  Must have experience or expertise using the Agile and Waterfall methodologies.  CMM experience / exposure a plus.
o  Must have a  strong understanding and experience in the role of Governance and its impact on implementing strategy.
o  Basic knowledge is required in mobile testing, Sybase Unwired Platform and Mobile Web
o  Must have a solid understanding of functional requirements gathering and documentation
o  Must understand and help refine requirements and solution based on needs, which might span multiple systems and technologies
o  Experience in leading, managing or mentoring cross functional team or projects, on and off shore.
o  Must be able to train and mentor other developers to assist in the development of mobile strategies and solutions

Key Qualifications and Experience
 
Minimum of 10+ years of industry work experience in a broad variety of strategy, integration techniques, patterns, tools and methodologies.
o   Bachelors Degree required, advanced Degree preferred in a related field.
o   Experience in creating and presenting to C level audiences.
o   Strong analytical skills.
o   Strong interpersonal skills to resolve issues in a professional manner and create consensus.
o   Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
o   Must be willing and able to do 100% weekly travel if necessary.
