Mobile Strategy Lead recruitment
Key Summary
Create the mobile roadmap that will help promote brand awareness, drive usage of our Health and Wellness portal, enhance our customer loyalty initiatives and support our sales force in advising and selling better.
Responsibilities
- Define the mobile strategy, based on the consumers and representatives’ needs, company budget and market opportunities
- Conceptualize, execute and constantly optimize our suite of mobile applications
- Develop innovative campaigns to promote the created apps, drive their spread and usage and collect positive user feedback
- Develop and manage regional portfolio of reliable vendors and freelancers
Skills Required
- Hands-on experience project managing mobile initiatives
- Creative, with solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and strong English copywriting
- In-depth understanding of iOS, blackberry, android, HTML5, Flash mobile platforms
- Proven track record of successfully working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and remote development and management team
- Ability to manage day to day responsibilities in a very agile manner
- Ability to work very closely with the different business teams to interpret requirements and transfer into specs
- Excellent attention to detail, deadline focus, and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and process skills
- Ability to work across many countries and cultures. Must thrive in a dynamic team environment
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative
Education and Experience
- Bachelors in Marketing or similar field desired
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing a must, with at least 2 years with relevant mobile hands-on experience
- International exposure and relevant language skills preferred
