Mobility Solutions Architect

Coordination and planning of wireless data connectivity order management delivery and soak period support
Working directly with customers on provisioning and testing wireless data connection builds in their environment
Troubleshooting and issue resolution on wireless data connectivity/device issues.
Provides technical sales support to assure successful customer integration and implementation of established company products. Participates in joint sales call with the sales team.
Responsible for consulting with customers, selling and supporting company products and systems.
Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Supports unit sales plan through presales and/or post-sales technical consulting activities.
Provides technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and installation and maintenance of company products to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifications.
Provides answers to customer inquires concerning system software and applications and provides software development and consultation to prospective users.
Understands, develops and delivers systems/applications solutions to customers' business, information, technical and educational needs.
Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situation or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Incumbents have a full, working knowledge of assigned company products and services. Assignment may be at customer site, remote response center, corporate location or other site.
Conducts testing and provides feedback on pre-launch mobile devices
May build a mini-application, based on customer requirements, to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping.
Works independently with minimum supervision/guidance.
Travel may be required
Work with internal and external customers to provide necessary assistance in feasibility studies; proof of concept testing; prioritization and development processes of mobility applications

Qualifications:
BS or equivalent degree and 3-5 years systems engineering deployment and/or sales experience. This is position is NOT on sales compensation.
Minimum Certification - CCSE, MCSE
Network Planning, Implementation and Operational experience
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Well organized with attention to detail.
Ability to comfortably interact with senior leadership, customer executives and frontline employees.
Presents professional image of self and Company.
Strong technical knowledge in the following areas: Mobility Applications, Mobility Platforms and Operating Systems, VPN, WLAN, WWAN, LAN, TCP/IP, IP SEC, CDMA, GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, HSPA, LTE, 802.11
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn a technical product or service.
History of success in consultative/applications technical support and selling
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing industry and work environment.
Versatile relationship skills in order to maintain strong bonds with people from a variety of backgrounds including technical, legal, marketing, product development, project management and sales.
Excellent organizational skills which provide the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
