Modular Development Training Manager
Position Description ? Resolves technical issues with Category Management/Modular (Planogram) Development systems and processes ? Assists with the testing, development, and implementation of newly designed technology and applications ? Creates ad hoc processes (for example, writing Autopilot scripts, creating modular (planogram) tables, creating databases and queries) to resolve systems issues or to meet business needs ? Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in support of Category Management / Modular (Planogram) Development applications and procedures and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans ? Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions ? Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity Develops and conducts training for Modular Planning systems, software and processes by developing classes and curriculum to teach content and design and write documentation; implements innovation in training techniques, technologies, methods and procedures, keeps all documentation current and accurate; communicates best practices and tips; updates the Training Webpage; and keeps abreast of modular system and process changes
