Job Description Job Classification: Contract This call center position will be primarily responsible for monitoring customer systems and using judgement in performing the appropriate next step. This may include an outbound phone call to the customer and/or appropriate authorities if an alarm suggests a threatening situation. On average, this position can expect 75-100 inbound and outbound phone calls per day. Each call is very professional in nature as effective communication skills and sense of urgency are critical. Monitoring Specialists will begin on 2nd shift. Candidates can expect to work every weekend as well as holidays. Schedules are non-negotiable. Ideal candidates will possess a positive attitude, display effective communication skills and have no attendance issues. This position requires a 10 panel drug screen and a background check consisting of federal, state, and country criminal as well as last employer and education verification.
