We are working with one of the leading suppliers to the construction industry in East Anglia and the East Midlands, who require a monitoring technician for their busy sites.
In brief, the role of monitoring technician is to carry out all environmental monitoring by taking relevant samples, manage environmental data, track and validate lab analysis, maintain company equipment, improve environmental compliance and undertake environmental reporting as and when required.
To be considered for this position you ideally have a science background and have experience of environmental work. Knowledge of environmental issues relating to landfill sites and other waste operations would also be beneficial.
You will be hard working and have a practical approach to your work as the position will involve outdoor work in all weather conditions.
