A Mortgage Admin role has been released by a top tier bank based inLondon. The role report directly to the Credit Admin Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:
Role Responsibilities
- Being a point of reference for Credit Admin tasks within in Mortgage Lending
- Liaising directly with our External Solicitors
- Review of property Report on Titles Insurance Policies to ensure they meet required standard
- Check and approve all executed security documentation for Mortgages to ensure they comply with guidelines
- Management of all Post Completion tasks
Requirements
- Experience in dealing with external solicitors
- Experience in reviewing Report on Title's
- Wealth Management or Private Banking experience essential
- Management of a Mortgage Completions Process
- Essential Education A level or educational equivalent.
