A new job opportunity from a leading Banking Group now looking for a talented and ambitious Mortgage Advisor that will continue to exceed customer expectations and drive business forward.
The job will cover four key locations being Eastbourne, Hastings, Brighton Bexhill with the core location being dependent on the residence of the successful candidate.
The candidate MUST have the full Cemap 3 qualification to be considered.
Our client consider their Mortgage Advisers as integral members of their customer-led organisation and work collaboratively to enhance the customer experience for both new and existing mortgage customers. Taking personal responsibility to understand exactly what mortgage customers’ need, you’ll make relevant suggestions and offer expert advice within a regulatory environment. By going the extra mile at every interaction you’ll also build strong sustainable relationships and create customer advocacy.
You will also be self-driven, with a strong work ethic, you’ll be able to plan and manage your diary, whilst building effective networks and developing your understanding of relevant market trends.
This is a front line role where you will provide specialist advice on our customers’ largest purchase, delivering tailored mortgage and protection solutions whilst ensuring that your branch colleagues are armed with the skills and knowledge they need to make effective referrals.
This is a branch based role that will require you to work some Saturdays.
