My client, a leading UK Building Society is looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser with customer facing leading skills to join the leadership team in their head office.
The Mortgage Manager will be responsible for leading the regulated advice teams ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks, whilst achieving corporate plan objectives. You will also be involved in developing relationships with key stakeholders in order to support and maintain excellent customer service.
An integral part of this role is to support and deliver the organisation's proposition to make sure that performance, leadership, compliance and commercial objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate will need strong leaderships and relationship skills, with customer facing leadership essential to the role. The role also requires the candidate to be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
The role is paying a competitive salary of up to £42K plus a bonus and benefits scheme.
