Description
- Provide training, coaching and overall leadership and oversight of mortgage products and services to bank footprint.
- Provide direct support as needed on complex lending matters to Personal Banker, Branch Managers and Operations.
- Oversee retail bank mortgage production for telesales assigned branches.
- In complex lending situations work with processing/bank closing attorneys/legal and compliance to ensure Citibank meets all regulatory guidelines.
- Work closely with the Sales Center to ensure seamless client/mortgage coverage in the marketplace and alignment between MCs and Sales Center branches.
- Work closely with operations to facilitate loan closings, including pipeline management, loan escalations, file quality and pricing issues.
- Engage and partner with Community lending BDO's, Investment Bankers and Business Bankers to bring incremental mortgage volume.
- Responsible for managing frequent sales initiatives in the bank sales footprint to introduce potential customer to purchase and refinance mortgage opportunities.
- Accountable for branch unit and dollar volume goals in assigned territory.
