Mortgage Arrears Executive Job in Dublin Ireland
Our Client:
Our client is a nationwide financial institution seeking to recruit a candidate to work as part of the retail arrears management team.
The Role:
- Responsibility for liaising on a daily basis with arrears customers and coming to suitable arrangements to resolve their mortgage arrears.
- Reviewing all possible options and strategies to assist and facilitate the customer paying the arrears on their mortgage.
- Agreeing sustainable solutions such as interest only, term extensions, and capitalisation of arrears.
- Dealing with all customers in a highly professional and prompt manner.
- Comply with all relevant industry legislation and codes of conduct
- Maintain a comprehensive account history on each arrears case, reviewing and updating when required
- Completion of monthly account portfolio reports detailing individual case status
- Dealing with all aspects of administration of an arrears case
- Management of legal action on accounts as required
- Completing and documenting income and expenditure reviews with customers to maximize the institution's income within sustainable repayment agreements.
- Adherence to the Institutions policies and procedures for managing arrears cases.
- Working with third parties, including MABS, solicitors and financial advisors to identify solutions for customers.
