MUST HAVE PRIOR MORTGAGE ORIGINATIONS UNDERWRITING EXPERIENCE AVP / Credit Risk Training Officer (Credit Trainer) - Mortgage Banking - Business Support Group Description: Conducts employee training to Underwriters and Credit Risk staff on credit related topics. Designs, development, implements and evaluates employee training curriculum, programs and solutions. Coaches other training professionals and conducts Train the Trainer sessions when necessary. Manages, develops and implements training programs for the Underwriting and Credit Risk organization. Focus is on the maintenance and implementation of programs as they build toward becoming an expert in Credit Underwriting. Responsible as day-to-day functional/technical expert in their assigned area. If not in facilitation role: Will be a Comprehensive SME. Will perform detailed analysis based on data they gather thru thorough extensive interviews and research. Identifies root cause to business concerns/issues and creates resolution plan.
