***Shift is 5am-1:30pm***
- The Bankruptcy Processing team manages the compliance with the Federal Bankruptcy Law for Chase mortgage loans which are affected by chapter 7, 11, or 13 bankruptcy.
- The Bankruptcy Supervisor is responsible for protecting Chase Home Lending interest in properties that have been included in Bankruptcy filing.
- The incumbent must be fully knowledgeable in Bankruptcy Code, the Bankruptcy Court System, litigation and adversary proceeding strategies, general default mortgage servicing, the foreclosure process, and Chase Home Lending policies and procedures.
- The Bankruptcy Supervisor must also develop strategies to deliver a highly productive department, to motivate employees to deliver quality performance, to develop and maintain vendor relations, to keep settlement costs and losses to a minimum, and to portray Chase as a quality mortgage servicing to Bankruptcy judges and trustees.
- Managing a team of 8-10 (greater than 5 minimum).
- Experience with call quality/monitoring.
- Employee development through effective coaching/training.
- Basic understanding of bankruptcy.
