Mortgage Broker- Business Development Manager

You will be responsible for generating sales, credit review and broker liaison. In order to win new business you will need to identify, building relationships and conducting meetings/presentations with relevant brokers and IFAs who operate in the bridging finance, bridging finance, buy to let, second charges, mezzanine lending, and commercial finance. You will also be responsible for reviewing the cases- going through complex deals with brokers and re-structure deals where necessary to fit the company’s criteria and assess the positives and negatives of the deal and work with credit to mitigate the risks. Lastly you will be responsible for feedback credit view to broker- sell the benefits of the proposed offer and chase deal progress and liaise with brokers throughout the process – keep broker well informed.
