a company in TAMPA FL is looking to hire several candidates for 3 different positions.
No relocation is offered
The position is long term contract
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Pay rage is from $16-$28.00/hour based on experience
Minimum experience is 2 years of residential mortgage processing and/or legal experience
Must have experience with:
-Microsoft word, outlook and excel
-mortgage processing and/or legal experience (paralegal)
-file review, audit, or legal document preparation
-attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-loss mitigation
-HAMP
-ability to calculate NPV and DTI
-mortgage servicing
-foreclosure experience
-state and federal law knowledge
Based on your experiences we will be looking at which position candidates qualify for since there are 3 levels for these roles
