Mortgage Repayment Negotiator
Reporting to the Team Manager
Based in Central Cheadle - Free Parking
Basic Salary of circa £17 - 19k plus bonus of upto 650 pcm - (Departmental average 450 pcm)
Our client is a market leader in the Financial Services industry boasting an excellent reputation both with staff and clients. Their particular requirement is for an experienced collector used to dealing with clients.
Responsibilities will include:
- answering in bound calls
- collecting payments and negotiating payment plans
- resolve queries and problems with clients
- take active steps to reduce arrears
- manage the litigation process including calculations, warrants and escalations
Applicants should be driven to achieve to targets, follow proper paths and procedures, and manage litigation.
The successful candidate will have excellent telephone and negotiating skills. possess an assertive and tactful manner, and understand FSA and TCF.
